•273QBXL: Bunk Room✓, 30 lbs. over 6,000 lbs. goal, Spacious Living room✓, Additional Bunk Room Jiffy Sofa✓

Salesman: "I've currently got two floorplans in stock that could be a great fit for you. One model is going to offer double over double bunks and a larger bathroom with an outside access door. While the other is going to offer an entire bunk room where the kids could have their own space and a slightly smaller bathroom without the outside access door. Which would you prefer?"

Customer: "I really would love for the kids to have their own room vs having their bunks right by the living space. The Bathroom size is not to much of an issue for our family as my husband and I are not very tall, and I feel the kids could sneak out at night from the bathroom door without us hearing them."

Salesman: "Perfect! It sounds like the 273QBXL is the right floorplan for you. Most of our customers choose to finance due to flexible payments, If we can get the right numbers for you would you be an owner today?"

Customer: "We really want to hold off for a month due to having payments while we can't even get out to camp yet, but we do feel this is the right camper for us."

Salesman: "I understand. But what if we could hold onto it for you for a few weeks and you don't have to make payments until the camping season starts. Look you came here to find the camper that fits exactly what you are looking for and we only have one in stock, I can not guarantee you that we will have another in stock at the current price when camping season starts. Are you sure you dont want to sit down and go over paperwork, it will take no more than 25 minutes of your time?

Customer: "Alright, we will sit down and go through paperwork today."

Direction #2:

Customer: "I'm looking for a model without bunks as kids have grown too old to camp with us anymore and we want to trade in and downside to smaller travel trailer under 30'. Weight is not an issue to our tow vehicle, just really have outgrown our current fifth wheel."

Salesman: "Would you prefer a Slide-out or non slide model?"

Customer: "I still want to have the slide-out as we want to the camper to feel more spacious."

Potential Suitable Model's After Learning Customer Interest:

•24RLXL: Under 30'✓, No Bunks✓, Slide-out✓

•24VIEW: Under 30'✓, Versa-Slide(Office or Storage)✓, Slide-out✓

Salesman: "I've currently got two floorplans in stock that could be a great fit for you. One model is going to offer a wrap around kitchen with barstool seating vs the traditional dinette, also featuring a large chaise lounge sofa and an unbelievable camp-side view. The other model offers an additional jiffy sofa with a U-Shaped Dinette with significantly less kitchen countertop space and a pass through bathroom. Which would you prefer?"

Customer: "I want to see the model with the larger kitchen counterspace and barstool seating. I feel like we do not need the dinette anymore as we hardly used the one in our fifth wheel."

Walk the 24VIEW

Customer: "Doe's the entertainment center open? Noticed the slide-out looks like there should be more space.."

Salesman: Yes, this is the brand new Versa-Slide offering bunks that can be converted into an office or just an additional storage space. In your case this would more than likely be for additional storage correct?

Customer: "Wow! I absolutely love that, we would not use the bunks or office but this would be a great spot for our dogs that come with us. The view is outstanding, I am in love with all the windows!"

Salesman: The NEW 24VIEW has been one of our most popular floorplans, it truly has many features that give you the "wow" factor coming in under 30'. I can tell you are in love with this model, could you see this as your next favorite home away from home?

Customer: "I can most definitely!"

Salesman: "It sounds like the 24VIEW has everything you were looking for and then some. I'm confident I can get you numbers that will be easy for you to agree too, Do you have a couple minutes to come inside and go over some paperwork?

Customer: "I have time, Let's go over paperwork. if the numbers are right and we get a good trade value, It certainly checks the boxes for our next camper."

Direction #3:

Customer: "Just us two and our daughter, we have towing restrictions and need to stay under 5,000 lbs and Hitch weight around 500 lbs. Would prefer a model with no slide-outs.

Potential Suitable Model's After Learning Customer Interest:

•19DBXL: Under 5,000 lbs.✓, Bunks✓, No Slide-out✓, Hitch Weight: 520 lbs.

Salesman: "I've currently got two floorplans in stock that sound like they would fit what you are looking for. Both units fit your tow vehicle and have double over double bunks. One model is going to offer an RV King with the Versa-Tilt Bed vs the other offering the EZ Bed lift system. Which sounds like a better fit for you?"

Customer: "We really are not a fan of the murphy bed's and would prefer having the RV King mattress for us. Can we take a look at both Model's?

Walk both the 19DBXL & 261BHXL

Customer: "The 261 is definitely a better fit for us with having the larger space for our own bedroom space along with the jiffy sofa vs the 19DBXL not having extra that sofa seating."

Salesman: "The 261BHXL also is going to check the boxes for your towing capacity, coming in at 4,800 lbs unloaded weight and a hitch weight of 450 lbs vs the 19DBXL hitch weight at 520lbs. Your daughter can bring a group of friend's along as this model can surprisingly sleep up to 8 people! Do you plan on buying your first camper for this summer?

Customer: "We would like to buy one soon as summer is getting closer and we have a group of friends camping about 30 minutes from where we live and would love to join them. We have also talked about going on some road trips and doing some hiking in Tennessee."

Salesman: "Perfect! The 261BHXL gives you a ton of value for your money, and sounds like the right fit for your first camper! I can guarantee you we have the best price in the region, and I am confident we can get you some numbers that will be easy for you to agree to. Do you have time to come inside and go over some paperwork today?

Customer: "Absolutely, we have an idea of where we would like our monthly payment to be. Let's if we can work something out today."
